David, I have always found that when I'm having trouble with any company's service people that the best way to get a response is to pester someone in senior management. E-mail is good for this. Management will generally get on customer service to deal with the problem, if for no other reason than to be left alone. E-mail is witcapital.com. I would pick whoever you think the most appropriate management type is off the website. Should at least get a response. Henry
