Yes the company is after this stock promoter for around 200K shares I am told on behalf of another investor. This is the Russian guy. I did not know his name until today. Not sure how he got stock but it was not from the company I was told nor do I know the specifics on how he got stock.

The company made no deal with Tim ... I believe it was a large investor and shareholder. This was just a simple stock exchange agreement between two private investors. The company believes this guy manipulated the market and have their attorney going after him tooth and nail. This investor turned out to be a promoter as it turns out. When the company told me they were pursuing a promoter to force him to cover his short position and get back 200K of stock, it was this guy.

Apparently, this russian kid breeched a stock restriction clause in this stock exhcange agreement between these two investors. Because Warren introduced his large investor to this guy Warren feels the company should pay for the legal fees and use the company SEC attorney to recover the shares. Warren does not want his big investor to pay and Warren fells it is in the best interest of the shareholders to try and force the cover and get the shares back.

That is all I know at the moment.

Warren has stated they are going after the stock and force this Russian promoter to cover hopefully.
