Richard...just exchanged e-mail with them. It appears the OTC BB still had them confused w/that other company on August 2nd...however, AMCI caught it and now the problem is finally resolved. AMCI files with the SEC, has done so for years, their symbol should have never been changed (as the OTC people now affirm) and they are in full compliance with all filing requirements...as they had been when the OTC people made the initial error a few weeks ago. End of story.
