BE AWARE and NOT mislead....the E may very well go on Friday. Only the NASD can stop that and so far my info is they JUST DON'T GET IT! But PLEASE read my report of the conversation with ECNC's attorney about this. They are gonna fight it. IF it looks hopeless they will file what NASD wants and go from there to avoid delisting. This WILL be fixed but DO NOT panic if the E goes on. As manny pointed out...like dealing with DMV...never fun and always a pain in the A## that takes forever.
