Ross,

Understandably, a very frustrated post. But, being trying to be somewhat detached from the current situation. You're looking at in investment in a stock for a market that is unrealized. The speculation in the market is that high bandwidth (ADSL) is going to come and it will be a large market. But it's not here now. While certainly it is the officers reponsibility to increase shareholder value, consider what is a "fair" value for this particular issue. Any metric you choose....If you choose to suit the company that is your privilege, but one has to have something more substantive than a "loss" to warrant a suit. To date, I have heard of no specific claims or accusations from anyone on any "illegal" or "unethical" behavior on the part of Amati that would warrant any legal action. (Though I'm sure someone out there could make one up).

Opinion: If the market thought that Amati was out of the picture, I think that you would see a price to sales ratio of 1/1 on this issue. One can take comfort in that or become terrified.

I sincerely hope that things go better for you.

Best regards,
Jim
