Greg, Thanks. I'm confused about PTEK's shs in HLTH. Everyone on the Yahoo board talks about 5.5 mill shs of HLTH ( value= $220 mill). The RS report alks about 10 mill HLTH shs (value= $400 mill). I think the 5.5 number is correct (unfortunately). Could you clarify? Karl
