Ugh. Who wants to project into that movie??? They were all horrible.
Well- wait--- I wouldn't mind looking like Nicole Kidman for a little bit- like maybe ten or twenty years.

Do you think Kubrick was intentionally alienating the audience then?
If an audience doesn't see themselves, it then can have no sympathy. Was he pulling a Brecht?
