Dale, today's NASDAQ intra-day low sounds like a good starting
point to buy. I will be a buyer in the range of 2350-2450.
With maybe 15% cash left to buy in case NASDAQ drop to 2200 (very
unlikely).

Of course, this target is based on the continous weakness of the
market due to the rate worries, summer slowdown, and the fear
of last Aug-Oct crash.

If however, the employment data is super bullish and the
rate worry disappears, I would not mind buying on the way up
as many NUTs are traded way below my comfortable buying target.

Just be cautious that it is too early to call this rally a real
thing.
