"When and how much money was made?"

CH, I know its not much but they did make about $15,000 last Q. I know a lot of people would laugh at such a small sum but at least they are not racking up large losses. Actually last year they only lost money in two of the Quarters, about 1.7 million during the Aug-Oct Q, I think, and about $95,000 or so one other Q. That big loss was due to a problem delivering chips at Atmel, NSIL had the business but couldn't get enough chips from the supplier.

As a stand-alone company I think they'll need about $7 million per Q in revenues to break even and they did just under 6 during the Feb-Apr Q, that was up about 900,000 from the Nov-Jan Q. If they continued that growth trend they will have been profitable during the Q that just ended last week and they will also be profitable in their first full Q as a seperate company ending in Oct 99. I think it is possible that they had earnings of better than $200,000 (or about 1.5 cents per share) during the Q that just ended. Just IMHO.
