Don, thanks for the reply. A couple follow-up questions:

So, a shell buys companies that want to go public by offering cash and converting the company's shares into shares of the shell? Or, how exactly does the transaction between the shell and the company occur?

Once the company is inside the shell, then the market cap of the shell company reflects the NPV of the forecasted earnings of the companies within the shell?

Given no companies are inside the shell as of yet and their current market cap is approx. $2 M, can I assume that the "significant amount of cash in the bank" equals $2M?

Do they have a Web site?

I'm interested, but I need to learn more about shells before I make the investment! Thanks for your help.
