I agree with you. That is the sense I get from my brokerage friend too. They confused and have a feeling that they cannot win.
That is the reason why Bill is throwing money every where.
Constantly floating his schemes through this rag called Wall Street journal.

However on a serious note, is there a way to verify what that rag journal wrote came from Bill boys or a speculation to help a couple
fund friends? Of course 1st Amendment is there to protect them from
speculation and false reporting.
