Newsflash: Both Santa Maria Mining and World Vanadium are owned by the same person, Donald Blackburn, and run from the same address: P.O. Box 20238, Wickenburg, Arizona 85390. Furthermore, World Vanadium lists its phone number at 520-684-2737 (see: northernlight.com, which traces to a Brent F Bowen on 51033 330 AV, Wickenburg, AZ 85390. That address is almost identical to the one given by Mr. Blackburn on Santa Maria Mining's Articles of Organization filing made with the Arizona Secretary of State (51033 N 330 Ave, Wickenburg, AZ 85358). Lastly, the Arizona Department of Economic Security confirms that what was posted earlier from the Maricopa Recorder's Office -- that Santa Maria Mining has been delinquent for two years in paying their Unemployment Tax -- is accurate and up to date. - Jeff
