As some of you participants may have noticed, I do enjoy ironies: For some time now pAUL has tried to goad me into making predictions; and I have resisted...generally. I now want to make one over which pAUL can have some deliberate contrary control which I believe that hE will choose, eventually, to not exercise. STARTING WITH EVENTS ON MONDAY, BUT NOT NECESSARILY ON THAT PARTICULAR DAY, pAUL WILL START TO MAKE LESS AND LESS contributions ON THIS THREAD. I am sure that I will get greater satisfaction from the eventual appreciation of AMD common stock than from pAUL "going away" but, honestly, my emotions on the two issues are closer than you might think. Regards to all and GOOD LUCK! and certainly do STAY TUNED!!!!!! DARBES P.S. I suspect that, in several months, pAUL will tell us of his massive purchases of AMD common during the past several weeks.
