Just did a search on the Wall Street Journal for any news relating to AXC. Of course nothing regarding the countersuit being won by AXC. Put an order in Monday morning, once someone at Ampex wakes up in Invester Relations (or returns from vacation) and issues a positive and upbeat press reports -- small pop in price may be forthcoming. However, remember the December fiasco..."on vacation" when the KM deal announcement was made, now on vacation on the countersuit announcement! I am willing to bet that a vacation will be in order about the time the actual Patent Infringement suit is due to be settled! I wonder...think they may be on vacation at the stockholders meeting in May? On the other hand, they seem to have a positive slant when no IR folks are available!!! Maybe do away with IR and return the savings to the shareholders??? As stated before this stock will not have any action unless it is brought about by postive news from the company. Then, and only then, will we shareholders see an increase in our equity! Does anybody still think that Bramson et al. are not maniputlaing the flow of information out of this company???? $Bill
