Joe I could be wrong too, but this is how I came to that conclusion:

$3 million order that goes through December 2001 (approximately 30 months). That works out to $100,000 per month.

My understanding is that periodically Lanier would provide EDIG with an order quantity for the next few months until the purchase order expires.

As you know I like to deal in fact and if I am wrong on this please correct me. In fact, I hope I am wrong!

I did not go back and reread the 10K. Perhaps I should have.
