DRT - Thanks for the heads-up. Sorry to see it happen, since any legality is a pain in the ass, but it doesn't look like big trouble. Here's what I can gather from snooping at the Avalon site: 1) EF has the adjacent property N of Avalon. avalonventures.com 2) The most likely holes EF is talking about are NW of the Big Whopper itself in this map: avalonventures.com because a) the mineral numbers correspond closely to the ones at the EF site, b) the hole numbers aren't on the map that shows the other hole #s: avalonventures.com and c) there is that odd section shown on the middle map which is about where those holes are. So all in all, it seems to be a small dispute over a corner of the property that contains some mineralization, but not the lion's share. Yes, it's a distraction, but the pre-feasibility was done on the Whopper, not the property, and AVL clearly owns all of it. Pete
