I'm not sure if all the IPO shares were sold. Anyone?
Here's the revenue growth (in thousands)per the S1 report.
1994 - 1,138
1995 - 2,243
1996 - 3,812
1997 - 4,262
1998 - 5,576

30% growth from 1997 to 1998 is not exciting, but it is growth in the right direction. I think the fact it has more revenues and less losses than INSWEB coupled with the 50% drop in INSWEB share price since its IPO made me buy this. I thought INSWEB very overvalued. QUOT's ability to control costs over the last 5 years impressed me. The concern I have is the spending on advertising. I see a huge increase in revenues, but will losses per share also increase? The IPO battering all day on CNBC certainly did not help any IPO.

Let's see what the quarterly report brings.
