James, The dividend is not .50. The first dividend was made up of a "one time" $0.25 dividend + an "ordinary" $0.25 dividend. Therefore, as it stands now, the dividend is only 2.5%. <If it was based in the US it would have been bought by somebody, but since it's based in Singapore no one wants to touch it despite a few remaining positives including a recognized brand name which are fast eroding.> Yup, plus Sim's ego would never allow a buyout. It has been a real shame to see this company deteriorate so bad. Unfortunately, I still have 1/3 of my original position. This last earnings report was a major major disaster. The company is now barely profitable at the gross profit level. Operating income was unbelievably low $1.2M. Sim's legacy speaks for itself. FF
