Hi Capt Jack,

Thanks for the insider links. The one link INSIDER.COM has a free service which provides insider info for the last 13 months. Accordingly it did not show any recent insider buying but from May 13 1999 to May 27 1999 a total of 58211 shares were sold by three directors at 13.63 to 14.19 range.

Previously in 45000 shares were purchased by various directors in Jan/Feb 1999 at 12.94 to 15.88 range.

The directors who sold in May were not the same ones who bought in Feb/Jan.

For ELDERTRUST (ETT) there has been considerable (114733 shares bought) insider buying since July 1998 by various company officers with no selling since July 1998. There has been no insider buying reported since Mar 1999.

I take it that you expect MT to go lower. I wonder how much lower it can go. The volume for the last several selling days has been very high. I get the feeling that all who have wanted out are out by now.

Thanks for the insider links.

Charlie
