You offer no facts to support your position. First, banks and stores that have guns get robbed a lot less than those without guns. In fact, these would-be robbers didn't get away with it, did they? Second, armed robbers do in fact devote time to planning their heists. Third, a large proportion of store owners do in fact have guns. Whether they would use them during the panic of a robbery is unknown.

You misfired on all three of your points.
