I agree with everything you stated--Anyone who Goes to the market
For money has a certain responsibility to the Shareholders that invest.

There should be a law that takes anyone who singularly benefits by using misleading info to make themselves rich. They Should go to jail.. Its doing the same thing to people as selling drugs would do etc.

It destroys them--There is nothing wrong if the money and the speculation hipe is invested where it is intended and yes on the side
the investors will p[lay--but those close to the operation should be hung if their hipping is just to suck people in for personal gain.
