If I were you stockholders, I would contact the SEC and ask them if a public company is required to contact all of it's shareholders through a public announcement before they begin telling a select few about a reverse split via the telephone. I have never heard of a company doing a reverse split without a public announcement.

To me, it sounds like Tweedle Dee Logan and Tweedle Dum Conte are still in charge.

Where's Hopey when you need him???
