ITHC background info from a prior shareholder-one of the largest and oldest!
First, let me clear up ANY doubt about the integrity or dedication of Pittera, Smart, or Levitt, and NO ONE knows better than me- when they promise something, I can take it to the bank.
First, my background with this company.
I was one of the first financiers of the company in its inception over 4 years ago. I made a very high-risk investment of a lot of money to keep the doors open at that time, and have suffered thru hell,. and beyond with orginal bad guys who were successfully, finally got rid of , and I am proud to say I was the one, in several cases to get them out so the good guys could take over, which is what has occurred.
I have very, very closely watched the current said Directors for several years, trusting in the new regime so much that I kept most of my stock as it crashed to the bottom.
AND, BY GOD AND BY ODIN AND by THOR AM I THANKFUL I DID!!!!!
I totally and completely and fully and unhestitatingly
give them an UNQUALIFIED good guys rosette star for what they have done for the company all this time, and particular, for THEIR LOYALTY AND DETERMINATION, AND PERSISTENCE IN STICKING WITH THE COMPANY THRU THE BAD TIMES, THE ULTRA LEAN TIMES, to the present!
I have also spent personal time, uncompensated for, in backing and assisting them in my own but unsolicited ways.
I now, almost daily, communicate with all three, even though I am no longer in Ithc.
I do not know who will takeover Ithc, but I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT ANYONE SELECTED WILL BE VERY CAREFULLY SCREENED AND SELECTED WITH COMPETENCE, INTEGRITY, AND EXCELLENT BACKGROUND CREDIENTALS AS THE PRIMARY KEYS.
If anyone has any relevant questions I can answer please do ask them.
When I made the exchange several months ago, I was probably the second largest shareholder. As I prior said, I made the exchange having no information as to any future developments planned for ITHC.
However, I daily contemplated buying more ITHC when it locked in at 1-2 cents for months, just in case!
I am now SICK, SICK, SICK!!!!!!! that I did not buy a ton, after the shock of seeing it rise already about 2-3 times!
Already!
Now, I am contemplating buying several tons of it, but first I have to get over my great upset that I already missed multiples of profits!!
I may be even far sicker and disgusted at myself if I can't get over my regret and buy more and it hits the roof soon!!
