They may want to do it in Mexico so Colin can still keep his hands in the cookie jar. It is sort of like kicking the couch out of a ball game. He can still call plays from the locker room or phone. Colin may also want to hide out in Mexico to avoid prosecution. On the other hand if I were a shareholder I would rather go take a Mexico vacation. Does anyone know if going to a shareholder meeting can be used for a tax write off?
