Jay - I think you are close on the float around 21mm is what I have been told. It is supposed to be clarified soon. The Company says the transfer agent is having problems reconciling with the recent change in TAs. I don't know for sure. It has been making me uneasy with the amount of selling going on in the teens'. I have heard about the three deals, too. However it seems some individuals not directly part of the Company have been talking out of turn as only one seems "imminient". This one has been in the works for awhile, we will see. Form 10 and financials - As with most bb's they are always almost ready. Jeff
