Good evening Marvin:

I believe that there was talk at onetime of AOL supplying computers to their customers without including Microsoft Windows operating system and using a competing system such as Linux (sp). This computer system would include all the basic software programs including word processor, spreadsheet and access to the Internet. If AOL were to proceed in this manner, this would most certainly place a thorn (a small one at that) in the side of Microsoft demonstrating that Microsoft is not a 100 percent essential component of every computer system.

Based upon the market activity towards the very end, it appears that there should be a rebound. I will preface this statement by indicating that I have not made myself familiar with the news conference/announcement by AOL that was supposed or taken place at 7 p.m..

Have a good evening,

David
