Bill, The insanity that you describe in the market should provide a standard for prudent and ultimately successful investors. Buy only when quality companies with exceptional balance sheets and leading market shares in rapidly growing markets are available at "giveaway prices". A test I use is: will I be happier if the stock I buy moves 10% lower and I can buy more? Cary
