Hi Eric P; I SOESed into MERCS this morning at 4 1/8th. The MM was showing 200 shares, and I was asking for 400. I thought that because of the new rules, he would have to fill me for all 400 or get off the ask.

Instead, he filled me for 200. Then my SOES order hung around for 15 seconds, then he filled me for 200 more, and vamoosed. If I had known that is what he was going to do I would have preferenced him, as the commissions would be cheaper, I think.
