Couple of words as basic analysis - Keep it simple style:

IMO LONE is fighting for their life - TK and Black SEA only want to have them closed down - The one most important point to document that LONE has a case, is that the BK court did rule in LONE's favor.

LONE must have brought documentation that supported that ruling.

In fact I see that as another additional point LONE may raise in the RICO case, to document the intentions of TK BS et all.
Whether it might expedite (speed up) the ruling in RICO case remain to be shown. But IMVHO it should.
