Why don't you send that damn post to the SEC? It wouldn't do a bit of good, Mr.D. The SEC knows exactly what it is doing. Did you notice in the story that Bear Stearns president is being replaced by a former SEC official? It's a common practice for SEC officials to move on to lucrative positions with the brokerage houses. Do you think that practice would continue if they made the crooks pay back the money and threw them in jail? James
