I have a question for the thread. I appreciate any answer/opinion. Is there any OLB where I can choose the MM, other than ECNs?

I don't believe there are any discount brokers where you can select which market maker to display your order. The discount brokers typically get a payment for order flow and therefore negotiate the "best deal" with the different market makers. I assume your order goes to the one willing to pay the best kickback or gives the best fills (wishful thinking).
