Rose: I find no fault with you or others who posted the info but with Gilder/Forbes for allowing it to occur.
Although perhaps I should consider the wider distribution a benefit as I've already established my position.

I would suggest, however, that it was a mistake by Gilder et al to allow free immediate access to the material for which many have paid a fee.
