Talked with Al Hubbard yesterday and he was very busy, upbeat and told me he likes my real estate comments when I asked ( saying I know you can't talk specifics on Maxam as such...yet I think that telling the FUNDERS that others may be interested if you can durring this time of talking back and forth...).
With his Caldwell-Banker/Allstate( finance)Experience...I am certainly glad he is PRESIDENT of Maxam Gold in these times. I also said, Dale Runyon's comments should be re quoted..."That 1999- the latter part, is going to be OUR YEAR! " He laught and said something like I ...do ...so/mething like!
I ended by saying..just as long as the check doesn't bounce when you deposit it...any part of it and or whatever. That is the spirit! The reason for the call was a bud at another gold thread did an in depth anaylsis of the Level 2 and said that the 160,000 was a BUY that appeared as a sell. REASON an short coverring their A$$ - in my buds' opinion because 4 market makers were on the BID to buy and NO MM was in that group of 4 was ON THE ASK! There appears a short is buying back, my BUD SAYS.
I told this guy, on occassion I did put in a BUY order last year at the BID - and actually got it. This last part...I did not talk about with Al. He couldn't say anything about it, I suspect, even if I did. It all makes sense now. BUSY BUSY ....BUSY!!! !!! !!! !!! !

P.S.- Hang tuff ...a little longer..a little harder..a ,little SMARTER-CHEAPER-FASTER-BETTER, and little more in shares! IMHO.
P.S.S.- In real estate we look for BUYING SIGNS. WARM FEELIES and TOUCHIES, QUESTIONS ON WHYS AND WHEREFORES mean ...a buy, and we hope that the dragout here in time means a OFFER and an ACCEPTANCE...a CONTRACT ...built upon a solid real estate-type foundation...it is what must be happenning!
P.P.P.S and or is it P.S.S.S. - But the post script way just don't don't matter just as long as the sentance gets written out and is understandable herein. I say. We all say. WE HAVE COME THIS FAR TO BUILD A MINE as we will continue.
