This one blind-sided more than ADSN - the regulators are the ones to blame ... The only problem was the ticker symbol started with an 'A' - the exchange decided to deal with the filing requirement alphabetically. This would not have been a problem if they used the same logic in responding to filings - no alphabetical priority was given to the latter, its FIFO I guess. My thoughts are we got caught in the log jam and then they all went on holidays. The revised filing should address any issues. Then we will see the results of 'business as usual' and 'trading as usual'. DRT
