It seems you have read some faroff beliefs claiming to be gnostics. The word Gnostic simply means knowing instead of believing. Claiming to know proves nothing for them or for me. Mankind worships many Gods in concept but there is only one true God of Love. The God portrayed in the Old Testament is not the God of love and is not the God I know. If the God of the bible is your conviction so be it. Just don't go telling others what my belief is.
