Now Jeff if you do not undersatand a stock agreement then mutual funds is where you need to be. No offense.

I can do a stock agreement with any stock I owe ... for example t=you have xxx amount of ABC stock and I have DEF stock. So I want some ABC trading @ .10 and you want DEF trading @ $1.00, well then we can do what is called a stock exchange aggreement. Now if we are long then the agreement would include anti=dilution and certain clauses for other conditions to prevent someone from nailing your investment.

Ex. I give say 100,000 shares of DEF for 1,000,000 of ABC ... Then I would want to make sure, like the 144 rules, that you could not sell the stock except for so many shares per quarter. Anti-dilution. Now with that in my I would have the transfer agent put a restriction on the certificate.

Then you sell it all in the market and tank the DEF investment .. I have the right to sue you and your broker. Since you breeched your contract I am entitled to make you return the stock.

You have to remember the company did not make this deal two individuals did. That is a whole different ball game. Beginning to figure you out Jeff. Takes time sometime. Takes time.

All things come to those who are patient. When I see a poster support a pumper I get red flags going off in the head.
