Doug not trying to offend anybody but always thinking.. A non medical- application that is gone begging might be a way to inspect meat at the wholesealer level.. Very little regulation hassle.. and if you think about it the flat nature of a QUAD magnet allows the machine to be inserted between a conveyor in which the meat can travel.. ANY serious bacteria infection could be detected (ref GEMS new MRI surgical tool they explained MRI can tell better than the human eye between good and bad tissue) or better yet disinfected with a TITAN comercial sterilizer..(based on magnetic pulse radar..cousin to MRI) and whatever is wrong deep in the meat could be identified as well then a railroad type switch would route it to either further treatment and petfood or scrapp it.. Now days they just eyeball the meat which has led to deaths due to bacteria poisoning and tales of tumors found in beef and poultry... who knows how much cancer we ingest at the golden arches that way??? 21st century Doug .. you just need vision.. and luck.
