can boast of having No. 1 records in each of the last four decades.
Mr. Regan has played a major role in the careers of some of the biggest
names in the music business. Industry luminaries such as Elton John, Olivia
Newton-John, Neil Diamond, Barry White and the Beach Boys, all credit Mr.
Regan as a major force behind their success. Mr. Regan worked as a top

Mr. Regan says: "I see rap music-rhythm and rhyme -- getting better and
better, just like rock music in the 1950's; so that it's going to be around
for a long time. I'm very impressed with the team at Modern Records and I
am looking forward to bring my expertise to the label."
Randy Jackson, president and chief executive officer of Modern Records,
says: "Russ Regan's background speaks for itself. He has proven time after
time that he can successfully promote artists to No. 1 performers, and he
is an invaluable addition to our management team."
