Here is a thougt....how helpful is the NASD gonna be if Tom puts out a big ugly PR about how stupid they are, how they don't understand their own rules, and how their stupid mistake has damaged his company unnecessarily....hmmmm Are you generally leaping to help out those who publicly attack you. Not sure a PR right now is appropriate if it is going to point fingers. Maybe something neutral like a statement that ECNC is fully reporting, the E is an error in ECNC's opinion that they are working closely in cooperation with the NASD to resolve and that the problem will be promptly fixed either by supplemental filings or a retraction/correction by NASD. Manny...make sure Tom understands the implications here. I am sure he does but he DOES NOT want to issue a PR with a hot head on this one. We need the 1 Million Pound Gorilla that is the NASD to not hate us on this so we can get it resolved quickly. Ever tried bitching about how slow the DMV is while in line then never had your number called??????? just a thought
