American Millennium Completes Test of SAM Units for KUKUI OPERATING COMPANY

Business Editors

MOUNT DORA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1999--American
Millennium Corporation, Inc. (OTC BB:AMCI) reported today that Texas
based KUKUI OPERATING COMPANY (KUKUI) recently completed field tests
of the new AMCI "Satellite Alarm Module", SAM(TM), with an order for
11 additional systems.
AMCI Executive Vice-President Stephen Watwood stated, "AMCI has
been running near flawless tests with four SAM units for KUKUI since
March 99 in the Four Corners area near Farmington, New Mexico. The
SAM(TM) unit is a pre-wired, pre-assembled system for installation in
either a NEMA enclosure or inside the customer's control panel. Each
unit includes an AMCI programmed, provisioned and tested Satellite
Communicator (SC) with relays for digital inputs.
"The first 2 of the 11 new AMCI SAM(TM) systems were delivered to
the gas compressor manufacturer, Rotary Gas Systems (RGS) of Midland
Texas, for factory installation on new compressors. The 2 systems have
been shipped to New Mexico and are already in operation on KUKUI
sites. Four more SAMS are scheduled for factory installation this
week. Our SAM systems are also designed for easy retrofit on existing
field equipment," according to Watwood.
AMCI President and CEO Andrew F. Cauthen stated, "This marks the
completion of another successful field operations test of our
technology. As we continue to build relationships with our end users,
we are also building relationships with their equipment providers.
Having our SAM(TM) systems installed on new equipment by a
manufacturer such as RGS brings increasing positive exposure for our
company and our technology."
AMCI is a licensed value-added reseller for ORBCOMM USA, L.P.
