how the heck do you guys get filled so fast.. my freeking cibc wont take low penny bids .. says it need exact fractions then wont.. then call broker .. 5 min to get through.. yada yada.. bottom line is i missed plex cus of it and looks like ill miss qprc... there has to be a better way just frustrated.. lol tim
