WebBroker is the same way, unless you find the exact decimal, or the exact fraction, whatever the MM's are using, but if I want something, and think it will go, I'm too impatient, and go in with even number, get filled at whatever the fraction or decimal is at the ask, I suppose a guy could do a market order, but I never have, never will.
