(TSE:GAC. -news) Geac today announced that the document containing the recommended cash offer by ING Barings on behalf of Geac UK to acquire the whole of the issued and to be issued share capital of JBA not already owned by Geac is being delivered to JBA shareholders today. --- Could be negotiating tactics or else it looks like Geac doesn't plan on raising the offer.
