Letter to Mr. Ellison.

savapple@us.oracle.com

Dear Mr. Ellison,

I have been an Apple stock investor for more than a year.
It is good to see your injection regarding Apple takeover
bid, however the price you suggested was well below what
most investors had originally paid. You pretty know about
the estimate of the average price paid by investors. My
conservative estimated price would be about double of the
current price.

I know that Dr. Gil didn't perform his job well in his
first 15 months. However, I still believe he may turn the
comapny around after this time's layoffs since the breaking
point has been moved significantly lower.

You also know that most of the shareholders are long-term
investors, who could go through stock's up and down.

I admire your capabilities of running the company, such as
Oracle, which is definitely a miracle accomplishment.

I don't like any hostile takeover no matter how powerful you
are because it will create hatred among people involved.
The road for you in the future will be much difficult since
somebody might pull your legs that you don't know who does
it.

Although Apple's stock is portion of my assets, I would
rather transfer to my kids since I believe Apple will come
back to glorious days again someday should it take a generation to
come by.

It is good to have me express my opinion here and good luck
for your takeover bid on Apple.
