Vasudev, welcome aboard. Its good to hear from someone who can add first hand information on Beacon and Wellux. It is very difficult to find Hong Kong information from North America. What are you feelings on the direction of Beacon and Wellux? Do you know if the recent price slide will affect any of the acquisition deals or future expansions? Are the factories and offices operational? Are products being manufactured and sold around the world like the press releases alluded to?
