Is anyone familiar with the OEX RAES (Remote Automatic Execution System)? It was described in Jack Schwager's "The New Market Wizards" as "the public's edge", allowing fills within 10 seconds. The downside seems to be that it only accepts orders of 10 contracts or less. How does one access this system?
