Hello Andrew. The reason this stock has declined is because they released more shares this past few months. Last year there were 3,000,000 issued, now there is 12,000,000. And with no one following the stock that doesn't help. There is SEC filings. You have to enter "Food Concepts, Inc." not JAVA. Look at the financials for yourself. I am sure you will be impressed. I too have been burned by penny stock picks, bu this one was not recommended to me by anyone. I found it accidentally and did my own DD and made my own decision. I bought strictly because I love the fundamentals and believe that stronger revenues will drive up the price sooner or later. Once again, take a look at the financials. JAVA has increased revenues and assets. A profitable company at .11? At least take a look at it.
