Hello Mr. Friesen and all: WCAP reports 1st qtr loss
biz.yahoo.com
It looks like equity is $5.30/sh as reported in this quarter. Yahoo has not yet updated the statistics for the most recent quarter other than pricing today (08-06-99). WCAP is trading at around 13 at this time. Still has at least 8 points down to rationalize to a fair pricing for a closed end fund. Perhaps when Yahoo updates their page
finance.yahoo.com
to reflect the accounting loss per share rather than the apparent low P/E, the stock will rationalize to mid single digits in an orderly decline. That would be fair pricing for a closed end fund, rather than the operating company treatment accorded in recent times by the public.
Best regards,
m
