in the spirit of point-counter-point - berstein's jacobs is just now starting a conference call with john nakahata, former fcc chief of staff for kennard and hundt, and the guy who "brokered" the current proposal being considered. it is titled: The Access Reform Proposal:
The Balanced View from an Honest Broker - trust that it will to some degree address grubman's yesterday attack. so more rock-n-roll from market confusion likely ahead.
