The group's responsibilities will include designing and overseeing customer interfaces, relationships with content providers, defining the overall interactive content approach and strategy, and reviewing possible investments in these areas. Laurie Priddy, president/CEO of the old TCI National Digital Television Center, will head the new unit, to be known as Interactive Offerings Group. She will report to Leo Hindery, president/CEO of AT&T BIS.
